Find The Animals Biomes

Checked

Find The Animals [280] divides its search territory into seven confirmed biomes: Grass, Farm, Treehouse, Snow, Cave, Sand, and Candy. The build does not feature a Jungle biome. If you are searching for jungle buttons or dinosaur zones, you are reading notes from an older game with the same name.

Across the seven regions, creator rosters verify 259 individual animal names. Another 13 hybrid animals come from the merge machine, and 2 reward morphs come from the Biome Vault and rebirth systems. This page gives you the regional table, explains how to choose your route without claiming a universal best order, and points you to your next move based on your current roster count.

What each biome holds

Each region features a distinct animal roster count, accessible entrance routes, and at least one difficult gate or task condition recorded in game data:

Biome Animal Count Entry Route Hardest Confirmed Unlock
Grass 49 animals Direct starting area around spawn Mandrill behind cage bars (Smaller Animal Required!) and Feathered Serpent 40-click chest
Farm 58 animals Open perimeter path connected to Grass Minotaur on the 2 Friends pressure plate and Galaxy Dragon 30-click mushroom quest
Treehouse 17 animals Wooden bridges and rope ladders leading upward Pegasus behind the Sky Stable keypad door (code 5684)
Snow 45 animals Cold corridor leading into ice platforms and frozen waters Walrus requiring 4 cannon hits and Crystal Dragon 50-click chest
Cave 12 animals Subterranean entrances leading into flooded caverns Deep underwater navigation requiring aquatic swimming morphs
Sand 38 animals Desert path opening past the outer dunes Basilisk inside golden tomb 25-click chest and Camel feeding quest (6 cactus flowers)
Candy 40 animals Sweet confectionary zone beyond the main pathways Dense terrain search with unconfirmed exact coordinates

Which biome to start in

No single biome is mathematically superior for every player. Your best starting zone depends on your collection count and the morphs you currently own:

  • If your count is below 20: Start in Grass. The terrain is flat, ground sightlines are clear, and you can quickly collect basic floor finds like Butterfly, Turtle, mouse, and Crab. Picking up mouse gives you an immediate small morph.
  • If you need raw numbers for the merge machine: Sweep Farm. It holds 58 animals, the largest roster of any region. Barn perimeters, fences, and field edges let you pile up finds rapidly. You need 70 total finds to open the merge station.
  • If you have a small morph equipped: Enter Snow or Grass backrooms. A small morph lets you squeeze past Smaller Animal Required! bars to grab Mandrill in Grass or Cerberus in the Snow underwater cage.
  • If you lack swimming or flying morphs: Postpone deep Cave exploration and upper Treehouse canopies. Flooded chambers need aquatic morphs to prevent floating out, while upper Treehouse canopies like Qilin and Black Panther require vertical climbing or flight.
  • If you are playing completely solo: Leave the Minotaur pressure plate in Snow or Farm for later, as it requires two players standing on the 2 Friends plates simultaneously.

Choose your destination by matching your current avatar capabilities against the obstacles in the zone.

Pick your next job

Your next priority depends on where your HUD counter stands right now:

  • Count is 0 to 69: Clear open ground across Grass and Farm. Do not waste time hunting complex secrets yet. Focus on building your base count to reach the 70-animal threshold. Use /guides/how-to-play if you need the basic loop.
  • Count hits 70: Travel to the Merge Machine. Read the sign reading Find Animals To Unlock Merging! 0/70. Combine your pairs using the verified recipes on /merges to add hybrid animals to your total.
  • Clearing biome obstacles: When you encounter keypads, click chests, or feeding targets, look up the requirements in /guides/puzzles-and-chests.
  • Collecting biome gems: Collect the six gems across Grass, Treehouse, Sand, Farm, Snow, and Cave to fill the Biome Vault 6/6 display and claim the Golden Dragon.
  • Reaching late game: If your counter stalls near completion, see /guides/last-animals to decode your Index hint lines, or read /guides/rebirth to learn how the rebirth bar operates. For mechanics and pricing, check /wiki.
